The Mikkeller Reconciliation Program seeks to reconcile the experiences of former and current employees who have historically experienced a harmful working environment while working for the company - across all locations, globally. This process will be carried out by Hand & Heart, who are engaged as a third-party workplace investigator and reconciliation advisor.
The H&H team will be supported by localised, independent legal counsel. The goal of both the company and H&H as the facilitator of this secure and confidential process is to ensure all cases can be acknowledged, documented, and reconciled in a manner that meets the expectations of those harmed.
